Baba Ram Dev gives Tips to Pregnant Women

Baba Ram Dev has a treasure of valuable tips for pregnant women. He declares that a pregnant woman needs approximately 55, 000 calories to give birth to a healthy baby. He told that 1000 mg of calcium intake is necessary for avoiding the risk of high blood pressure and water should be a consumed several times a day for avoiding constipation. He attached great importance to iron intake and that intake of tea or coffee and meat should be reduced to minimum
He advised pregnant women to consume leafy vegetables and fresh fruits as much as possible and hot lemon water with honey. In order to improve the digestive system in pregnant women, they should consume lots of fresh frit and vegetable juices. Dry fruits also form a significant part of the diet plan. These women should not do heavy physical exercises and avoid doing tough work as these physical exercises increase the chancces of miscarriage. They should instead practice meditation.

i am 7 months pregnant and staying in australia.so could not get enough fresh leafy vegetables.please suggest me some alternative.Also i am suffering from severe heartburn problem..plz suggest me some cure.i dont want to take medicines.plz hlp me.

I am 7 months pregnant, living in australia. Doctors here are insisting on abortion since I was 4 months as they say my baby is very underweight although all the test reports are normal.Moreover they say blood supply to the body of baby is not good. My baby's heartbeat is normal. I request you if there is any solution to my problem in ayurveda please help me, I shall be greatly thankful to you. I and my family are also a regular user of most of your products. Thanks once again.

Now, the jawans from 25th Battalion at Chhawla learnt yoga from Swami Ram Dev. At west Delhi, hundreds of BSF jawans poured on the extensive landscaped ground to learn Pranyama, Bhujang Asana, Manduka Asana from the distinguished and world famous yoga guru. BSF jawans who live away from their respective families for stretched periods of time undergo a great fit of depression and anxiety but yoga is a great stress buster. The 10-day-long yoga camp organized by Baba Ram Dev is a great occasion for these jawans who come have come forward to beat their stress by extensive workouts. The shiver has been received with utmost seriousness by these para military personnels. This shiver has been organized by Welfare and Rehabilitation Board (Warb) and has been attended by 3, 000 soldiers from CRPF, BSF, CISF, SSB, NSG etc.
