Baba Ram Dev imparts yoga lessons to Common Wealth Games participants

Baba Ram Dev’s yoga camp at Pune witnessed around 1,300 athletes and 350 officials, who participated in eight-day long yoga camp. He imparted the basic yoga lessons to the young athletes, who flowed in here from different parts of the world. The yoga camp was organized to enhance the psycho-physical fitness of these participants.
During this week long yoga session, the participants practiced varied asanas and breathing exercises such as Pranayama, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika etc to help the athletes gain mental composure and physical fitness.
Baba Ram Dev declared that these yoga postures and deep breathing exercises will help the people of this age to beat the stress of their lives and gain peace of mind, which will help them in coming up with the outstanding performance and prosperity.
Many foreign participants after attending the yoga lesson said they felt refreshed and loaded with energy. And this has also increased their energy and concentration levels.

Now, the jawans from 25th Battalion at Chhawla learnt yoga from Swami Ram Dev. At west Delhi, hundreds of BSF jawans poured on the extensive landscaped ground to learn Pranyama, Bhujang Asana, Manduka Asana from the distinguished and world famous yoga guru. BSF jawans who live away from their respective families for stretched periods of time undergo a great fit of depression and anxiety but yoga is a great stress buster. The 10-day-long yoga camp organized by Baba Ram Dev is a great occasion for these jawans who come have come forward to beat their stress by extensive workouts. The shiver has been received with utmost seriousness by these para military personnels. This shiver has been organized by Welfare and Rehabilitation Board (Warb) and has been attended by 3, 000 soldiers from CRPF, BSF, CISF, SSB, NSG etc.
